the translucent
cloud feathers
of the rainbird
begin to gather
together

RAIN FALLS BUBBLES RISE

Rain drops fall
and bubbles rise
Some tides ebb
Some inflow
Some wend to
Some wend fro
Each with
his own
way to go

Rain tiptoes
into roots
before sunwanded
into juice

How does rain enter
beloved coconut’s shell?
Through humility’s gate: the roots…
then to tree heart and
to the magnificent fruit

Coconuts contain lauric acid, conducive to meditation.
Coconut shells can be used for many things.
Coconut milk and coconut flesh are a perfect food.
